Title Our Story

What began as a series of simple beliefs—one person can make a difference, people want it to matter that they came to work, and it is possible for earnings-per-share and healthy corporate cultures to peacefully coexist—grew into a high-quality firm with a distinctive ability to develop cultures, leaders, teams, and HR practitioners.

Peak Development Consulting, LLC

Peak Development was formed in 1996 to help organizations grow their most important assets—their cultures and the people within them. Today, Peak Development delivers a full suite of custom organization and leadership development solutions for our clients. We are committed to building the long-term capacity of the organizations with which we work. Whether shaping cultures, cultivating leaders, developing teams, or building HR capacity, our goal is to deliver the best solutions for your company's unique business challenges.

Our clients include leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and technology companies, and our work has included projects throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. As we continue to grow, we’re committed to living our beliefs by applying them to our own company, by allowing them to guide our interactions with our community, and by consistently displaying them in our work.
