Company Integration
A worldwide supply chain organization was charged with integrating the manufacturing operations of two affiliate companies. Challenges included:
- ensuring a seamless integration;
- maintaining current capacity rates;
- preserving the company’s financial targets; and
- keeping employee morale intact.
Successful integration requires a strong framework and careful planning. Peak Development was chosen to work with the Executive Leadership Team to architect the integration system and serve as an advisor throughout the integration process.
In addition to providing strategy and framework design for both the overall integration and for the communication plan, Peak Development worked hand-in-hand with the Core Integration Team, designed team meetings, and provided on-going integration coaching for both the Executive Leadership Team and the Core Integration Team.
With the help of Peak Development, the two organizations came to view the integration not as an "either/or" choice, but as an opportunity to use the best of both worlds to create a new and exciting Supply Chain organization.
